    • Managing the relationship with Unrest’s community partners

    • Line management of up to one team member working across both South Yorkshire and London

    • Leveraging your existing relationships within the startup/tech industry to bring the entrepreneurs, business leaders and key stakeholders together for the benefit of the sector.

    • Responsibility for developing and monitoring output reporting with respect to Community (Strategic and Operational KPIs)

    • Iterating and innovating to ensure continuous improvement across all activities within Community, including building for scale (the expansion of Unrest) and including automated tooling and output reporting.

    • 5 years experience in the startup industry and/or accelerators

    • Experience in community and partnership roles preferred

    • Experience in setting up repeatable and scalable processes

    • Understanding of accelerator programmes for startups and scaleups.
